FAQ

FAQ

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits bought through Stripe are valid for 24 months. The account page shows purchase history and expiration dates.

Can I upload audio?

Current Vertex Veo 3.1 docs describe text or image prompts as inputs and can generate video with synchronized sound effects/dialogue. PhotonMark Veo therefore supports generated audio on/off, but not custom audio upload yet.

Why is Lite the default?

Lite is good for fast, low-cost tests. Use Fast or Premium for more important versions once the direction is right.

How many reference images can I upload?

Veo 3.1 reference-image generation supports up to 3 asset reference images. PhotonMark Veo therefore limits uploads to 3 reference images; 4 is the maximum number of videos returned by one request, not the number of input reference images.

Can I extend a video?

Yes. Completed Fast and Standard/Premium videos can be extended by 7 seconds each time, up to 20 extensions; if the source video is 8 seconds, the maximum length is 8 + 7 × 20 = 148 seconds. Lite does not support video extension. The video used for extension must have been generated or extended in the last 2 days; extension can only use the source video and a new text prompt, and cannot add new reference images.

Do failed generations spend credits?

Credits are reserved before generation. If the Vertex call, polling, or saving fails, the system refunds the user account automatically.

Where are generated videos?

After completion, play and download it on the job detail page. Download links require login.
